John has been coaching with the Ravens for 4 years now. He has been coaching in the NFL for 14 year, but not always as head coach. Thourghtout his life, John has been coaching for 28 years, he is 49 years old, born in Perrysburg, Ohio. John has coached for a good amount of teams, but when Harbaugh got to the Ravens he was making history.
He was the only one since 1977 to turn a team around from -.500 to a 12-4 season. During that year the Ravens lost to the Colts in the AFC championship game. After that season the Ravens have been back to the AFC championship game two more time and they make it to the play offs every year, but just get beat every yeare.
