This week the Ravens played the Seattle Seahawks, and didntg play so well. Last week the Ravens played on of the hardest teams in the NFL and win, but cant come out and play a really bad team and win. The Ravens came out trhinking this game would just be a push over because they beat a good team the week before. Just didnt come out ready to play i guess, so the ended up losing 22-17.
In the first half of the game the Ravens were down 19-7 so they had some work to do. When they came out after halftime, the Ravens kick returner fumbles the ball and the Seahawk got the ball back. Seahawks drove the ball dowen the feild after that and the Ravens held them to a feild goal, making the score 22-7. Ravens got the ball back and couldnt get it into the endzone, so Billy Dundiff kicked a 35 yard feild goal, to make it 22-10. The fourth quarter came around and Joe Flacco threw a 5 yard pass to Torrey Smith for a touchdown. THey made the best comeback they could but still fell short of the W.

Baltimore Ravens vs. Pittsburg Steelers
This week the Ravens had a tough game, the Steelers. Ravens beat the Steelers once this season already, so they were coming into this game thinking the Ravens couldnt beat the again. The first half was a slow start for both teams. Billy Cundiff and Shaun Suisham, had as combined of 5 feild goals in the first half. Billy made 3. Shaun made 2. Those feild goals put the Ravens up 9-6 going into half time.
The first touchdown of the game came in the 3rd quarter, Ray Rice had a 4 yard run up the middle, that put the ravens up 16-6. The Steelers scored a touchdown right away in the 4th quarter. Ravens couldnt put anything together and couldnt score, so the Steeler got the ball again and drove down the feild scored another touchdown. That put them up 20-16, only 1 minute left in the game. So, the Ravens got the ball back and just kept driving down the feild, with 16 seconds on the clock Joe Flacco throw a deep pass to Torrey Smith in the endzone, but he dropped it. There was only 8 seconds on the clock and Flacco throw a 20 yard pass to Ray Rice, they called thewre last time out, and when they came back from the time out, Flacco throw another ball to Smith for a 26 yard touchdown to win the game. 23-20. Great Game!!!

Week 8 vs. Cardinals
This week the Ravens played the Cardinals. The game did stat out so good for the Ravens, either team could get the ball in the endzone the first quarter. For the Cardinals, the 2nd quarter was very good for them. They put 21 points on the scoreboard, to add to the 3 they had in the first quarter. Ravens only scored 6 points the whole first half. At halftime, the score was 24-6, Cardimas winning.
The second half of the game was a different story for the Ravens. They came out ready to go in the 2nd half. Ravens defense only allowed them to score 3 points, in the whole 2nd half. Offensively for the Ravens, they put up 24 points, in the whole 2nd half . It wasnt the best game for the Ravens, but they still came out on top 30-27. Baltimore vs. Jacksonville
This week the Ravens play the Jaguars, they didnt score at al until the 4th quarter. At haftime the Jaguars were up 6-0, with Josh Scobee kicking two feild goals. The Ravens running back, Ray Rice fumbled the ball twice. He has not fumbled the ball in over 200 football games. Ravens didnt have first down in the first half of the game.
Once again Ravens played a team that was way worse then them, but they jusgt fell apart. They couldnt do anything on offense, but they were shutting them down on D. They defense was playing pretty good , only held them to 12 points, which would of been very good if the offense could of put some points on the scoreboard. Ravens lost 12-7 to another bad team, they will come back next week and get the win.

Week 6 Ravens vs.Texans
This week the Ravens played the Houston Texans. The 1st quarter it was a pretty close game, it was only 7-0 Ravens winning. Joe Flacco ran for a one yard touchdown. Baltimore and Texans, going into this game were pretty evenly matched teams. Ravens were coming off of a bye week, so they had some some fire and came ready to play.
Going into halftime, the score was 10-7 Baltimore still winning. The 3rd quarter Ravens didnt play some well they had some mistakes, only came out of that quarter with a 25 yard feild goal by Billy Cundiff. Ravens Head Coach John Harbaugh
John has been coaching with the Ravens for 4 years now. He has been coaching in the NFL for 14 year, but not always as head coach. Thourghtout his life, John has been coaching for 28 years, he is 49 years old, born in Perrysburg, Ohio. John has coached for a good amount of teams,but when Harbaugh got to the Ravens he was making history.
He was the only one since 1977 to turn a team around from -.500 to a 12-4 season. During that year the Ravens lost to the Colts in the AFC championship game. After that season the Ravens have been back to the AFC championship game two more time and they make it to the play offs every year, but just get beat every yeare.

Week 4 vs. New York Jets
This week the Ravens played the New York Jets. Just 3 min. into the game Ravens safety Ed Reed, sacks the quarterback Mark Sanchez, and he fumbles the ball, and its pick up by the Ravens Jameel McClain for a 6 yard Defensive touchdown, which makes the score 7-0. The Ravens kick the ball off after their touchdown, and the Jets return the kick back for another touchdown, which makes the score 7-7. Ray Rice, Ravens runningback scoress on a 3 yard run, and Billy Cundiff, Ravens kicker makes a 38 yard feild goal, which makes the score 17-7 at the end of the first quarter. Both the Ravens and the Jets scored 10 points, so the score going into halftime would be 27-17 Ravens up.
Going into the game both teams were 2-1. Ravens played a good game against a team that has the same record. After the 2nd quarter, the Ravens shut the down, and didn't let them score anymore points. Week 3 vs. St. Louis Rams
Well, this week the Ravens played the St. Louis Rams. The game was a blow out. Ravens played a awesome game this week. During the first quarter, the score was 21-0. So, the game was basically already over. The rookie, Torrey Smith scored all 3 touchdowns. Going into halftime, Billy Cundiff, feild goal kicker, kicked 2 field goals, to make the score 27-0.
The Ravens are coming off loss last week, so they were ready to play this week. During the game the Ravens never let up, they just kept running up the score. During the 3rd quarter, Billy kicked another feild goal. The Rams finally scored in the 3rd quarter, to make the score 30-7. Week 2 Ravens vs. Titans
On Sunday, the Ravens played the Titans. The Ravens didn't play a bad game, they just couldnt get anything started on offense. The Titans actually played a very good game this week. Titans are a pretty bad team, and they made the Ravens look like bad. During the first quarter, the game was 0-0, and going into halftime, it was 10-10, but the Ravens just couldn't pull ahead.
The 3rd quarter the Titans pulled ahead 20 to 10, and just kept adding on to the score. Ravens in the 4th qurater, allowed one more touchdown, and only scored 3. The ending score was 26-13 Titans winning. Ray Rice only rushed the ball for 43 yards, which is very low for him. Joe Flacco threw two interceptions, and it hurt the Ravens because the Titans went down and scored both time. So overall just a bad week for Ravens football. That doesnt happen very often. lol

Week 1 regular season vs. Steelers
The NFL had there first regular season game this week on sunday. Baltimore Ravens played the Pittsburg Steelers, ravens won 35-7!!! When the starting quaterback fo the Steelers is playing they barly ever beat them, but it was different this time. When Ben Roethlisberger (steelers qb) starts for the Steelers they usually lose, they only beat them 3 times in the last 5 years when he starts for them. Ravens play Steelers two times a season. Steelers played a terrible football gaem, they had 7 turnovers and very few amount of total yards.
On the other hand the ravens play a awesome game, they countered on all the mistakes the steelers made and drove down the feild and scored alot of points. Joe Flacco, quaterback for the ravens throw for 215 yards and Ray Rice, runningback for the ravens, ran for 170 yards. Billy Cundiff, ravens kicker put two feild goals in the 3rd and 4th quater. pre-season game 4
The pre-season week four game the Ravens played the Falcons. It was a very great game for the Ravens, they played a very tough football game. I really didnt think the Ravens could beat the Falcons because they were a good football team last season. The ravens played there second string players the whole game vs. the falcons start expect there quarterback Matt Ryan. So the second string must of played a great football game.
The ravens second string quarterback Tyrod Taylor was starting at quarterback this game and in the 2nd quarter of the game he got hit and got hurt. so they put there 3rd string quaterback in, Hunter Cantwell, he went 13/28, 111 yards passing and one interception. Overall the falcons just didnt play a good game they had alot of mistakes and pentaties. All of those messed them up very bad because when tose mistakes and pentaties happpened they couldnt get those yards back they lost. But the ravens played a great game and next week they start the regular season vs. Pittsburg Steelers

Pre-Season Game Week 3
During the pre-season game week 3 the Baltimore Ravens played the Washington Redskins. It was a pretty close gam all the way throught the game it was tied all the way up until the 4th quarter of the game. The ravens didnt play to good but they still ending up comin out with the W!! 34-31.
During the 4th quarter Billy Cundiff kick 3 feild goals on from 38,44,48 made them all in the 4th quarter. Tyron Taylor pass short left to 17- Bradon Jones for 9 yards, TOUCHDOWN to put them ahead 34-31. The Raven unstoppable Defense shut them down to win the game. All around i think the Ravens played a alright game but it could of been better. They should of beat them by way more because the Redskins are not a very good NFL team so the Ravens shouldnt of won by a nailbitter game.
